A: Absolutely, we want only satisfied clients and guarantee your satisfaction with the quality of our material and craftsmanship. Should you choose to return a product, make sure it was not used, you must return the item(s) in the original packing and maintaining the labels. It should not be worn, washed or damaged in any way.

A: Absolutely, while completing the purchasing process you just need to indicate the recipient information, shipment will be addressed to the person and address of your choice.

Q: WHAT IS PIN CODE?
A: PIN is a personal code for each single registered user, enabling him to get a discount on the selected articles before completing the order.
He just needs to enter PIN code in the order summarising page, so the system will directly recalculate the total for the articles entered plus the dsct percentage.
The PIN code requires users to be registered.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?
A: Shipments are via UPS Ground or FedEx; you can expect shipment 48 hours after the order and normal delivery time between 2 and 5 days standard for the 48 continuous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will be service via express air service and at additional fee.

Q: DO YOU HAVE RUSH DELIVERY?

A: UPS and FedEx will provide Shipping service in USA. Merchandise will be shipped at our risk being covered by mandatory insurance.
