satisfying your expectations simply return it for a prompt exchange or refund
of the purchased price.
Easy Exchanges, Credits & Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, send us e-mail within 3 days from the
receipt of your merchandise. Tell us about your concern and a quick explanation
about your dissatisfaction; this will help us to improve our service and product
to serve you better in the future.
You will be issued a “R.A.N.” number (return authorization number),
please insert copy of the e-mail containing the RAN in the package.

Return Instruction
Returned items, must be shipped in the original packing, must contain the original
label, must not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way. If any of the above
is not meet the refund or exchange will not be allowed.
Return the item(s) freight prepaid, in the event of freight collect shipment,
cost, handling and administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund will be issued via company check – expect 20/40 days for administrative
processing.
